Drafting of Documents. Drawing of Court files. Attending Court appearances and/or trials on behalf of the instructing Attorney.Here are the key points of this practice area:
- We assist fellow attorneys with correspondent work within the jurisdiction of the Pretoria Magistrate and High Court. We attend to all areas of law as correspondents.
- We attend to issuing of documents, taxations, serving and filing of documents, urgent applications/ex parte applications, delivery of documents at the relevant sheriff’s offices, uplifting of documents, attendance to queries, index and paginating, and court appearances.
